Amoli Organics Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No. 322/4 in the 40 Shed Area of GIDC Vapi. Vapi is known for being a very busy industrial hub, and our spot in the 40 Shed Area is right in the middle of it. The shed we work in is practical. It houses all our equipment and the supplies we need for the day. It’s not a glamorous place to work. There are pipes and tanks and the floor is often wet from cleaning. We don't have a lot of office space, just enough for a couple of desks and some files. We follow a strict routine because that’s the only way to get things done here. The air in Vapi is thick and it gets very humid, so we are always sweating. We don't really have a public face or a marketing team. We just do the work and the people who need our products know where to find us. We’ve been at this plot for a long time. The workers here are used to the noise and the smells of the industrial estate. We take our breaks when we can and just chat about the news or our families. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of existence. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to do our jobs properly and go home to our lives.
