Binnoor Engineers & Consultants

Binnoor Engineers & Consultants is located out at Plot No.-136/9/A in Phase 2 of Gidc. It is a place where you really feel the work happening all around you. The industrial estate is always humming with noise from the factories and trucks moving around. We’ve been set up here for some time now, mostly handling the engineering side of things and consulting when people come by with questions. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space with desks and a lot of paper drawings everywhere. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but that’s just how it is in Phase 2. We spend a lot of our time looking at plans or out on site visits nearby. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, especially with the metal roofs on some of these buildings. We usually grab tea from the stall down the lane around four o'clock. It’s a good spot because we are close to the other workshops. Most people find us because they already know the area or saw the sign near the plot entrance. We don't do much fancy talking, we just look at the problems and try to figure out the math. It is a lot of hard work and staying late to finish up a design. The neighbors are mostly small manufacturing units, so there is always someone hammering in the background. We have a couple of chairs for visitors, though they usually end up covered in files. We try to keep things organized but it gets a bit messy. That is just part of it.
