This office is located on the first floor of the MIG building, number 33/315, in Vapi. It’s where a lot of the administrative work for the Ryan International Group of Institutions happens. People usually expect a big, flashy office when they hear the name, but this place is pretty practical. It’s a busy spot in Gujarat, especially during the start of the school year. There are always piles of forms to sign and phone calls from different departments. We deal with all the stuff that keeps the schools running behind the scenes. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we are used to it by now. The office has that specific smell of old paper and ink. We spend a lot of hours sitting at these desks, making sure the schedules are right and the teachers have what they need. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important for the kids in the end. We have some tea in the afternoon to stay awake through the meetings. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but we just ignore it. Being in Vapi 396195 means we are right in the middle of everything. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things organized for the chairman and the rest of the group. It's a lot of responsibility but we just take it one day at a time.
