The Valsad District Real Estate Developers Association has its office in Vapi, specifically at 211A/ 211B in the Ashapura Complex. We’re located right near the BSNL exchange, so it’s easy for people to find us when they need to drop by. We’ve been set up in this part of Valsad for a while now, acting as a hub for the local developers in the district. It’s not really a construction company itself, but more of a place where people in the trade come together. Our office is usually full of people talking about new regulations, land issues, or just the general state of the market in Gujarat. It’s a busy atmosphere with a lot of voices and a lot of opinions. We try to keep things organized, though it can get a bit loud during meetings.
