You can find our office at Dunes Residency, situated right across from Charantons School on Dr. Jog Hospital Road in Dunetha. It’s a fairly quiet part of the area, though you do hear the school bells and the kids playing during the day. We work out of a simple ground-floor unit. It’s mostly just us sitting around a large table covered in blueprints and site documents. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that; usually, one of us just looks up when the door opens. The hospital road keeps us connected to the rest of the town, so it’s easy for people to drop by. We spend our time managing different development projects and making sure the local paperwork is in order. The salt air from the coast sometimes makes the metal fittings in the office a bit rusty, but that’s just life here in Daman. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just focus on the buildings we are working on right now. Sometimes we walk over to the nearby stalls for a quick snack when the work gets a bit tedious in the afternoon. It’s a lot of checking on materials and talking to contractors on the phone. We keep things pretty informal, and our door is usually open if someone has a question about a local property. It's just steady, daily work for us without any of the corporate bells and whistles.
