We are located at Plot No. A/45 in the Exp. Area of New Gidc. It’s a decent-sized spot where we handle our various operations. Being in the new part of the GIDC means the roads are a bit different, but the work is still much the same. We’ve got a group of people here who have been working together for a long time. It’s not just one thing we do, it’s a bit of this and a bit of that, depending on what’s needed on a particular day. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you when you walk in. Usually, you just walk through the main doors and find someone in the work area. We keep things pretty simple around here. There’s no point in making things more complicated than they need to be. We just try to get the orders filled and make sure everyone gets paid on time. The building itself is just a standard industrial unit, nothing special to look at from the street. Inside, it's mostly tools, materials, and a few desks piled with papers. We spend a lot of time just managing the daily workflow. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's quiet enough to actually get some cleaning or maintenance done. We’re just the Modi Group, trying to stay busy and keep the lights on in New Gidc. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination, but we’ve gotten used to it.
