We are over at Plot No- 631 in the G.I.D.C area of Gundlav. It’s right on Tithal Road, not too far from the N.H. No-8 highway. Being in an industrial zone like G.I.D.C means there is always a lot of activity around us. You have trucks coming in and out, and the sound of machinery is pretty much the background music to our day. Tulsi Foods is based in this big shed-like structure where we handle all the food processing. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, especially during the summer months here in Gujarat. We have a crew that comes in shifts to keep everything moving. The highway being so close is handy for moving goods, but it also means there is a lot of dust and noise. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks. We are more concerned with the actual production line and making sure the machines are running right. It’s a busy life, and most of us go home pretty tired at the end of the day. There is no corporate polish here, just a lot of people in uniforms working hard. We’ve been at this plot for a while now and we know the neighbors well. It is just a straightforward food business trying to keep up with the daily orders. People know where to find us by the big gates on Tithal Road.
