Suninfra Realcon Private Limited is based out of Village Sarigam. Specifically, we are at House 5105 in Shree Ganesh Nagar. It’s a bit different being in a village setting compared to the big city offices, but we like it this way. It’s a bit quieter and we know a lot of the people who live around here. Our office is basically a house that serves as our headquarters. We handle real estate and construction matters from here. There’s no big lobby or receptionist, just us working in the rooms we’ve set up for the business. We focus on getting the jobs done without making a big deal out of it. Most days involve checking on local sites or dealing with the paperwork that comes with this kind of work. We’ve been part of the Sarigam community for a bit and it feels like home. The house is easy to find once you get into Shree Ganesh Nagar. We don’t have a lot of polished marketing materials or anything. We just talk to people plainly and try to be fair in what we do. It’s a practical way to run a company. We have our routine and we stick to it, making sure the projects we take on are handled properly from start to finish. It’s a small operation but it keeps us very busy most of the time.
