MGV BUILDCON LLP

We are MGV Buildcon LLP, based over at Plot No. 711 1 in Umargam. That’s in the Umbergaon area of Valsad. We’ve been operating from here for a bit now. Our business is mostly construction and building projects. It’s a practical job that requires a lot of patience. Umargam is an interesting place with a mix of industries and quiet spots. We like being based here because it's where we grew up. The office isn't anything special, just a room with some desks and a lot of folders. Most of the real work happens out on the plots. We deal with the bricks, the sand, and the laborers every day. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes the rain messes up our schedule, but we just wait it out and start again. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate values written on the walls. We just want to build things that are solid. We are just regular people who know a thing or two about construction. We don't do much advertising. People usually find us because they saw one of our projects or someone told them about us. It’s a small-town way of doing business, even if Valsad is growing. We take things one day at a time and try to stay on top of the work. It’s a good way to live. We just keep building.
