Maxwell Developers Llp is located on the first floor of the Hotel Rahat building, which is at Plot No. C6/2/1 in the Gidc area, right off N. H. No. 8. It’s an interesting spot to have an office, being in a hotel building, but it works for us. We are right in the middle of the industrial zone, which makes sense for the kind of development work we do. It’s usually pretty noisy around here with all the trucks and activity from the highway and the Gidc. Our office is a straightforward place where we get our work done. We don't have fancy decor or a big reception area. It’s just a room where we can sit down, look at plans, and make phone calls. We’ve been here for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the fast pace of the area. We’re just a small group of people who focus on building and developing properties. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things don’t go perfectly, but we stay at it. We don’t really believe in big marketing slogans. We just want to do the job we said we’d do. Being near the national highway is convenient for meeting people who are traveling through. It’s a practical location for a practical business. We’re just doing our thing and trying to make a living like everyone else. There is always a lot going on here, and we like the energy of the Gidc.
