Our work happens at Plot No. 218 and 219 in the GIDC area of Umbergaon. It’s a dedicated space where we focus on contamination control equipment. The air is always a bit cleaner inside than outside because of the kind of gear we make. We have a lot of specialized rooms and testing benches set up for the filters. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a lot of decorations. It’s all very functional and organized. We’ve been based in Umbergaon for quite some time now. The industrial area is always busy, but we keep to ourselves mostly. Our team is usually wearing lab coats or work overalls. It’s a bit of a slow process to get everything right with the filters and the steel housings. We spend a lot of time double-checking the seals and the pipework. The office is just a side room with some old computers and a lot of binders filled with technical specs. We don't really do much in the way of sales talk or fancy marketing. People usually come to us because they know we’ve been here at this plot for years. Sometimes the sea breeze from the coast reaches us, which is a nice change in the summer heat. We just keep our heads down and focus on the technical details of the gear we build. It’s a quiet, steady kind of environment most of the time we are here.
