Citizen Pharma Packing

Our workshop is located over at Plot No 1655-Patt-I in the GIDC Estate, specifically in the Engineering Zone. If you have ever been through this part of the estate, you know it is mostly rows of similar buildings and the constant hum of machines. We do pharmaceutical packing here, which basically means we deal with a lot of specific boxes and materials every day. The unit can get pretty warm in the afternoons, but we have some fans running to make it a bit more comfortable for the staff. We started out in this location and just stayed because it is practical for our needs. Most of the people working nearby are also in engineering or small manufacturing, so there is a familiar feeling to the neighborhood. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on keeping the machines running and making sure the packing is done right. If a machine has a problem, it can throw off the whole afternoon, so we spend a good amount of time on maintenance. Most of our work comes from local contacts or people who just see our sign while driving through the GIDC. It is a straightforward business without any bells and whistles. We show up, get the packing lists finished, and then close up for the night. That has been our way of doing things for a long time now.
