Adsum Pharma Engineers

We are out in the New G.I.D.C. in Gundlav, specifically at Plot No. 702 in Phase II. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but this is where all the industrial action is. Our workshop is dedicated to pharma engineering, which means we work a lot with stainless steel and have to keep things a bit cleaner than your average machine shop. We spend our days welding, grinding, and polishing parts that go into pharmaceutical plants. Everything has to be smooth and precise, or it won't work for the customers. It’s repetitive work sometimes, spending hours just making sure a weld is perfect, but that’s the nature of the job. The air smells a bit like metal and ozone from the welding machines. We have a small cabin for the paperwork, but most of us are out on the floor with our tools. The G.I.D.C. area can get pretty lonely after dark when the other factories close, but we often have to stay late to finish a batch of parts. There’s a small canteen nearby where we grab some snacks, but otherwise, it’s just us and the machines. We don't have a big marketing department or a website guy; we just focus on the drawings on the clipboard and make sure the measurements are right before the truck arrives for pickup. It's just a practical place for making steel parts.
