Kinjal Chemicals (Unit-Ii)

This is Kinjal Chemicals, specifically our Unit-II facility located at Plot No. 149 in the 2nd Phase of the GIDC in Vapi. If you’ve ever been to Vapi, you know it’s a massive industrial hub, and the 2nd Phase is always buzzing with activity. Our unit here focuses on the chemical side of things, so there is always that specific scent in the air that comes with the territory. We’ve got the 396195 pincode area covered, and being in Gujarat means the weather is usually pretty hot, which makes the work inside the plant feel even heavier. We wear our safety gear and spend a lot of time monitoring the vats and the various containers. It’s not the kind of place where you want to cut corners. The floor is usually stained from years of work, and the sound of the fans running to keep the air moving is constant. We have a small crew here, and everyone knows their specific job at the station. Lunch breaks are usually taken sitting on the crates outside or in the small staff room if it’s too sunny. We deal with a lot of barrels and drums, so there’s a lot of rolling and stacking involved in a typical shift. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate, and everything goes quiet for a bit, which is a strange break from the usual hum. There's a small shop around the corner where we get our daily chai, and that's usually the highlight of the afternoon when things get a bit sluggish.
