Silvassa Road Lines

Silvassa Road Lines is tucked away on Heena Arcade Street. If you know where Hotel Delhi Darbar is, we are just behind it. We are also near La Carta Hotel, so there are plenty of places around for people to eat or stay. The street can be a bit narrow, especially when the big trucks are trying to move through. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at clipboards. Running a road lines business means there is always something moving somewhere. The office in Heena Arcade Street is where we keep all the records and wait for drivers to check in. It’s a bit of a dusty area because of all the traffic, but that’s just the nature of the business. We have a few desks and some old chairs for when people need to sit and wait. You can usually hear the sound of engines from the main road nearby. Most days are about managing schedules and making sure things are going where they are supposed to go. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just a few calendars and maybe a map. The staff knows the area well, so we can give directions to anyone who gets lost looking for the arcade. It’s an honest living and we’ve been doing it from this same spot for a good while now. It is just how things are on this street every day.
