Down in Kachigam at the Ganesh Industries Estate is where you will find us. We are in Gala No. 362/1-D. It is an industrial area so there is always noise from the other units and trucks coming in and out all the time. Fcg Hi-Tech Pvt.Ltd might sound like a big name but we are just regular folks working with technical stuff every day. The workshop gets pretty warm in the summer months but we have the fans going. We spend a lot of time looking at parts and making sure the machines are running like they should. It is not a clean white-floor type of place. There are tools everywhere and maybe some grease on the benches because that is part of the job. Most of us have been here long enough that we don't need to look at the manuals much anymore. We just get to work when the shift starts. Sometimes things break and we have to stay late to fix them so we don't fall behind on what we owe people. It is a practical life. We drink a lot of coffee and talk about the weekend while we handle the tech bits. There is no corporate ladder here really. If something needs doing, whoever is closest just picks up the tool and does it. That is how we keep the lights on and the work moving along in Kachigam.
