Pariwar Dairy Private Limited is located at house number 27 in Majhaulia village, within the Sakra area. This is the home of Manoj Kumar Ray and his father Ram Swarath Rai. We are a family-run dairy and that is how we like it. Every morning starts very early with the milking. The village is quiet at that time, and you can hear the cows before you see them. We’ve lived in this Tola all our lives, and starting a dairy seemed like the natural thing to do since we already had the space. It isn't a high-tech facility. We use traditional methods and spend a lot of time cleaning and feeding the cattle. The work is physically demanding and your hands get rough, but it feels good to provide milk to the local area. Sometimes we have issues with the weather or the cows not producing as much as we hoped, but we just deal with it. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People in Majhaulia just know to come to us if they need fresh milk. We are just regular people from the village trying to build something for our family. It is a lot of responsibility, but we take it seriously. We hope to stay here in Sakra for a long time, just doing what we know how to do. It’s a simple life but a busy one, and we wouldn't change it for anything.
