Zoya Beauty Parlour

Zoya Beauty Parlour is located at A-16 in Mozammil Park, just off Tandalja Road in Vadodara. The shop is right across from Patrakar Soc. It’s not a fancy place, just a simple room where I’ve been working for quite some time now. I started this because I like helping ladies feel a bit better about how they look without them having to spend too much money. Most days are pretty similar here. I get in, sweep the floor, and wait for the first customer. Tandalja Road can get quite noisy with all the scooters and cars passing by, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of the ceiling fan. The fan is old and rattles a bit when it’s on the high setting, but it helps with the Vadodara heat. I do the usual stuff like threading, waxing, and hair trims. Some women come in just for a head massage after a long day of work. I have a few regular chairs and a small bench for anyone waiting. The towels are clean, even if they aren't all the same color. I don't use any of those big fancy machines you see on TV. I just use my hands and the basic tools I've had for years. Sometimes my niece comes by to help when it's wedding season and things get a bit hectic. It's a small local business and I’m just happy to be part of the neighborhood here near Mozammil Park.
