Joshi Heena Jagdishchandra

Joshi Heena Jagdishchandra here. I’m located over in Savli, specifically in the Birla CGIDC Industrial Estate in Jhagadia. We are quite close to the Civil Court, which is the main landmark people use to find us. Being in an industrial estate means there is always a lot of heavy work going on nearby. You hear the sounds of trucks and machinery, but that’s just part of the environment here. It’s a place where people come to get things done, and I’m no different. I spend my days in my workspace, focusing on the details of my work. It’s not a glamorous spot, but it’s practical and it’s where the work is. Savli is a bit away from the main city buzz, which I actually prefer. It feels more grounded. The Civil Court brings in a lot of people to this area, so it’s never truly quiet, but it’s a different kind of busy than a shopping mall. I don't have any big mission statements or corporate goals. I just want to do my job well and be able to go home at the end of the day knowing I put in a full effort. I’ve been at this Jhagadia location for a while now and I’ve gotten to know the other people working in the estate. We’re all just here to make a living and keep things moving forward in our own small way. It's dusty and noisy, but it is real work.
