You can find Zann Commodities Pvt. Ltd. at 141/C in the G.I.D.C. Industrial Estate over in Makarpura. It’s a large estate, and we are just one of the many units there. The place is built for work. High walls, big gates, and plenty of space for moving goods around. We deal with commodities, so there’s always something being loaded or unloaded from the trucks. The air always smells a bit like the industrial area, which you get used to pretty fast. We spend our time checking stocks and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. We wear boots and clothes that can get a bit worn out. The office part is just a small room with a couple of computers and a lot of files. Most of our day is spent out on the floor or by the loading dock. Makarpura is a busy hub, so there’s a lot of energy around. We’ve been here for a good while now. We don't have any big plans to change things. We just keep doing what we do every day. It’s steady work and it keeps a few of us busy throughout the year. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult on the estate, but we manage. It’s a practical place for a practical business like ours. There is no point in pretending we are anything other than a working warehouse unit.
