Yogeshwar Hospital

Our hospital is at No. 2 Suniketan Park, which is right behind Samta Society in the Subhanpura area. It is a quiet spot compared to the main roads. We have been here for a good while, and we consider ourselves a neighborhood hospital. It’s not a huge place with hundreds of rooms. We are small, which I think is better because we can actually talk to our patients. The building is a regular brick structure that we have tried to keep up over the years. We have a small ward and some basic diagnostic tools. Subhanpura is a nice place to work, and the people here are very grounded. We don't have any corporate slogans or mission statements on the walls. We just come in every morning and do our best to help whoever walks through the door. Sometimes the ceiling leaks a little when the rain is very heavy, but we have someone who fixes it. The nurses have been here for years and they know the local families well. We keep our records in big binders, and it can be a bit of a mess on the desk sometimes. But we always know where everything is. It’s a humble place, honestly. We don’t try to pretend to be anything we aren’t. We are just a local hospital for the people of Samta and the surrounding areas. It feels like a community here.
