Makarpura is a big place, and we are right in the middle of it at G.I.D.C. Estate. Vrushabh Transcon Eng. has been at plot 493 for quite some time now. It is an industrial area, so there is not much to look at except other sheds and factories. We like it that way. It is quiet enough for us to focus on what we are building. The workshop is big enough for our tools and the projects we take on. Every morning, the crew shows up, we check what needs to be finished, and we get to it. There is a lot of welding and cutting going on most days. We are not a big corporation with thousands of employees. It is a smaller team where everyone knows their job. We do not have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just talk to our customers directly. If something is not right, we fix it. That is the way it has always been done here. The commute into the estate can be a bit much during peak hours, but once we are inside the gates, it is just us and the metal. We have some old machines that still work better than the new ones, and we take care of them. It is a practical life, nothing too special, just making sure things are built to last and the bills get paid on time. It is a living.
