You can find us at Plot No. 905-3 in the GIDC Industrial Estate. It’s a standard industrial plot with a lot of heavy stuff moving in and out. Associated Power Structures has been here for a while, and the yard is usually full of materials. We do a lot of the heavy lifting ourselves. The work we do isn't exactly clean, so our clothes usually have a bit of grime on them by lunchtime. We have a small shed for the tools and a bit of space for the office work, but the main action is outdoors or under the main roof. It gets noisy when the fabrication starts, and we have to shout over the machines sometimes. We’ve grown a bit over the years, but we still feel like a small local operation. Most of the guys live nearby and have been working at this plot for years. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We’d rather spend it on keeping the equipment running properly. It’s a straightforward way of working. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big load, and the whole estate is quiet except for us. We just focus on the job at hand and try to make sure everything is sorted before the weekend. It's just a regular day-to-day grind for us here, and we wouldn't have it any other way right now.
