Vishal Hair Cutting is in Shop 1 of the Parashamani Complex. We are located in Khodiyar Nagar, right on the New Vip Road in Vadodara. Our address is in the 390022 area. The New Vip Road is a major route, so there is constant movement outside our door. Parashamani Complex is easy to spot if you are driving by. We are a small shop, mostly just focused on simple hair cutting. We don't have any of the modern equipment you might find in a mall. It’s just the traditional chairs and manual tools. We open up early and stay until the sun goes down. Usually, the evenings are the busiest time when people are coming home from work. We don't have a website or a phone for appointments. People just show up and wait their turn. The floor is made of old tiles that we have to scrub quite a bit. We keep the mirrors wiped down and the combs in disinfectant. Khodiyar Nagar has a lot of families, so we see kids and adults alike. It’s a basic setup with nothing fancy. We have a small radio that we leave on the news or some music. The space is tight, so we have to be organized with where we put our scissors and razors. It’s just a regular neighborhood barber shop where we do our daily work and watch the city change around us. We try our best to keep everyone looking neat and tidy.
