Vikas Hair Cut

Vikas Hair Cut is sitting on the first floor of the Punjan Complex, specifically unit Ff-05. We are right in the Gotri area of Vadodara, 390021, and we are very close to the T.B Hospital. Being on the first floor means people have to walk up the stairs, but most don't mind the climb. We have a good view of the street from up here, watching the cars and ambulances go by. The shop is filled with the smell of talcum powder and shaving cream. We have several chairs lined up, and we try to keep the mirrors shining so everyone can see what is happening. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use the natural light from the balcony, but we make it work. Gotri has changed a lot over the years with new buildings popping up, but we stay pretty much the same. We have our regulars who have been coming to us since they were children, and now they bring their own kids. We don't have a website or any of those modern things; people just know where we are. It gets quite busy on the weekends when everyone is off work, and the sound of chatter fills the room. We just focus on the job at hand and making sure people leave feeling a bit better than when they walked in. That is what Vikas Hair Cut is all about, just a simple barber shop in a busy complex.
