Veer Medical

If you are headed toward the Lalbag railway crossing on Manjalpur Road, you will see us at shop number 7 in the Madhuvan Complex. We have been here for a while now, and the sound of the trains passing by is just part of our daily life. It is a small shop, but we try to keep it well-stocked with the medicines that people in this part of town need most. Veer Medical is not one of those shiny new pharmacies you see in the malls. We have simple shelves and a counter that has seen a lot of use over the years. Usually, it is just one or two of us here, helping whoever walks in. People often stop by when they are stuck waiting for the train tracks to open up. It is a convenient spot for the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time talking to the regulars about their health or just about the weather. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside and we have to spend the morning cleaning everything down. It is honest work and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We just want to make sure that when someone comes in with a prescription, they can get what they need and get back home to their family. It is a quiet kind of business, even with the trains, and we like being part of the Manjalpur community.
