Ushma Shah

Ushma Shah is based over in the Race Course area, specifically at A214. It’s a nice part of the city to work in. We have a decent little space here where we manage everything. It’s not a big corporate office with a lobby or anything like that. It’s more of a personal workspace where the focus is on the actual tasks at hand. We spend most of our time here dealing with various projects and keeping things moving. There is usually a lot of reading and checking involved in what we do. It’s quiet for the most part, which is how we like it. We aren't really looking to expand into some giant company. We are quite happy keeping things small and manageable. That way, we can actually keep track of everything without getting overwhelmed. You’ll usually find us at our desks with a cup of tea, going through the daily list of things to do. Some days are more productive than others, but that’s just life. We try to keep a regular schedule, though sometimes work follows us home. The Race Course area is easy for people to get to, which helps. We don’t put on any airs or try to act like we are something we aren't. We just show up, do the work, and deal with whatever comes up during the day. It’s a simple routine and it has served us well over the years. We take it one step at a time.
