Tushar Parikh & Associates

Tushar Parikh & Associates is based over at Padra Road in the Rajdeep Estate area. Our office is specifically at Vatva Road 13/15. Tushar has been running things here for a good number of years now. It’s not one of those flashy corporate offices you see in magazines. It’s a practical workspace where a small group of us gets together to handle various projects. We spend most of our time dealing with paperwork, drawing up plans, and making sure everything is moving along as it should. The estate itself is quite busy, so there’s always noise from trucks and people moving around outside. Inside, we have our desks cluttered with files and old documents that we probably should have archived a long time ago. We don’t really do any big advertising. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood or folks who have heard about Tushar from someone else. It’s a very local way of doing things. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the internet is slow, and we just take a break and wait it out. It’s just a regular office life. We try to be helpful and get the jobs done without too much fuss. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a few fans going. It’s a decent place to work, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the area over time. We aren't doing anything fancy.
