Payal Services is right here in Alkapuri. We’ve been around for a while now, providing different services to the people in this area. Alkapuri is a busy part of town, so there is always someone coming or going. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place for us to keep our things and meet with people who need help. We don't have a big flashy sign or a lobby with a fountain. It’s just a room with some desks, some chairs, and us. We handle a variety of tasks depending on what the day brings. Most of the time we are on the phone or out meeting people at their locations. We aren't big on corporate talk or long meetings about "strategy." We just see what needs to be done and we go do it. If a customer has a problem, we listen and try to figure out a way to solve it that makes sense. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when three things happen at once, but we get through it. We are just a small group of people working hard. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a calendar and a list of things to do. People in Alkapuri seem to appreciate that we are straightforward. We don't promise things we can't do. We just do our best every day and keep the doors open for whoever needs us next.
