We’ve been here at 88, Vijaynagar for a while now. Tarsali is where we operate from, mostly helping people out with local paperwork and advice when they need it. It’s a small spot in Vadodara-9, not very fancy, just a desk and some chairs. People stop by when they’re looking for someone to look over their documents or if they have questions about how things work around here. We started doing this because there was a lot of confusion and it seemed like someone needed to help out. Most days it’s just us keeping track of files and answering the phone. It isn't a huge office, but it gets the job done. We know the neighbors and the local shops around here. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially in the afternoons. We try to keep things simple. If someone walks in, we see what they need and tell them if we can help or not. There’s no big fancy process, just talking through things and trying to sort out the details. We’ve seen the area change over the years. We stay busy enough with the regular work that comes in from the neighborhood. It’s mostly just handling the everyday stuff that people don't have time for. Nothing more to it than that, really. We’re just here in the office most mornings till evening, working through the pile on the desk. That's just how we do it.
