Our place is located in Munjmohda, right inside the Durga Residency. It is basically opposite the Suncity Paradise which everyone around here knows. If you’re coming from the Vishwamitri side, you’ll see the overbridge and we are just near there. The office sits behind the Vishwamitri Township. It’s a pretty decent area, though the traffic near the overbridge can get backed up during the evening hours. We spend a lot of time looking over land maps and talking to people about where things are being built. There’s always some construction noise in the distance, which I guess makes sense for what we do here. The office has some big windows but we keep the blinds down mostly because the sun hits this side of the building pretty hard in the afternoon. We have a few plastic chairs for visitors and a big table that is always covered in folders and blueprints. Sometimes it takes us a minute to find the right paper when someone asks, but we get there eventually. People from the township often stop by just to ask about what's going up next in the neighborhood. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just a regular office where we try to keep things moving without much fuss. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually end up for our breaks. It’s just the way the day goes for us at Trinity Land Developers. We like being in this part of town.
