We are based in the TNW Business Centre, which is right near Manisha Chokdi in the Sakinaka area of Vadodara. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always something going on outside our windows. The office itself is part of a larger business centre, which means we share the building with a lot of other companies. Our space is functional, mostly filled with desks, computers, and a lot of rolled-up project plans. Since we do contracting and project work, a lot of our people are rarely in the office at the same time. They are usually out at different sites, so the office can feel a bit empty during the middle of the day. We don't have any fancy art on the walls or a lounge area for guests. It’s a place meant for work, and that’s what we use it for. We have a small table for meetings where we go over the schedules and try to figure out the logistics for the next week. The Sakinaka area is great because it’s easy for our suppliers to find us. We’ve been here for a while now, and we’ve seen the area around Manisha Chokdi change quite a bit with new buildings coming up. It’s a straightforward operation. We come in, check the progress on various projects, deal with the paperwork, and try to make sure everything stays on track. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do.
