The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd

We are located on the first floor of A G Chambers over here on Fatehgunj University Road. It is usually quite busy outside because of the university being so close by, and you can hear the traffic all day long. My name is here and we just handle the insurance stuff for people who walk in. Most days start with opening up the shutters and getting the fans going because it gets warm in the afternoon. The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd has been in this spot for a while now. We spend a lot of time looking at forms and typing things into the computer. It is not a fancy place but we have enough chairs for people to wait. Sometimes the noise from University Road makes it hard to hear, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We deal with all sorts of people, from students to older folks living nearby. Usually, we are just checking documents or explaining why a certain paper is needed for a claim or a new policy. There is always a lot of tea being drank during the afternoon. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, just us in the office trying to get the paperwork sorted before the day ends. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so people have to watch their step when they come to see us. It’s a standard office life with plenty of files.
