This office is up on the third floor of Shreeji Complex. It’s right across from Indra Complex on Lalbaug Road. If you know Baroda, you know this area gets pretty busy during the day. We spend most of our time at our desks looking at insurance papers and talking on the phone with clients. It’s a typical office setup with computers and plenty of folders piled up. We’ve been in this building for a while now. Room 307 is where you’ll find us. There’s usually a bit of a wait if many people come at once to pay their premiums, but we try to get through the work. The elevators in the complex are a bit slow sometimes, so some people just take the stairs to get to us. We deal with all the usual insurance stuff that people need for their cars or homes. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s necessary for everyone. We see a lot of different people every day. Some are worried about their claims, others are just renewing things. We have a small staff and we all know each other well. Lalbaug Road is always full of noise from the cars and bikes outside. Sometimes we go down to the local shops for lunch. It’s just a regular workday for us in the city. We don't have fancy decorations, just the calendars on the wall and our computers. We just keep track of the files and help people out.
