We are located at A 202 in Silver Point, which is on Miller's Road in Alkapuri. Our office is tucked away right behind Hotel Express. Alkapuri is a pretty upscale area, but our office is quite simple inside. It’s filled with desks, computers, and a whole lot of paper. Insurance involves a lot of documents, so we spend our time sorting through them. The building, Silver Point, is usually buzzing with people from different offices. Sometimes the lift is a bit finicky, so we end up walking up to the second floor. It keeps us moving. We don't have a big reception area with fancy furniture. It’s just a place to sit and talk about policies. We hear the traffic from Miller's Road all day. It’s a constant hum. We have a small pantry where we make our lunch. Most of us bring food from home. We don't use any complicated language when we talk to people. We just explain the forms as they are. It’s a straightforward job. We’ve been in this spot for several years now. You get used to the rhythm of the city around you. The hotel next door always has people arriving and leaving. We just stay focused on the claims and the paperwork. It’s not exciting work, but it matters to the people who come in. We just do our part here in Alkapuri every single day.
