The Eastern Beauty Salon

The Eastern Beauty Salon is located in Dandia Bazar, right opposite the Siddhi Vinayak Temple. This is a very old and busy part of Vadodara, and it is always full of energy. You can hear the temple bells and the sounds of the street vendors all day long. The salon itself has been here for quite some time. It is a modest space with a few stations for hair and skin treatments. Our mirrors are framed in simple wood and the chairs are the old-fashioned kind that are actually quite sturdy. We don't have any of the modern, fancy equipment you might find in newer parts of the city. We do haircuts, styling, and basic makeup for local events and weddings. It’s often a bit chaotic during festival times because the temple across the street draws such big crowds. We keep our supplies on open shelves where we can reach them easily. It’s not a place for a luxury spa experience; it’s just a place to get your grooming done by people who have been doing it for years. Many of our customers are like family to us now. They come in and tell us about their kids or their work while we get their hair sorted. It’s a busy, noisy, and honest little shop. We don't have a website or a social media page. We just open our doors every morning and wait for the first customer to walk in.
