Synthesis E P C Projects Ltd. is located over in Karelibaug at No. 18 Apexa Society. It’s a pretty quiet residential-style area on V. I. P. Road, which makes a nice change from the busier industrial zones. We’ve been set up here for some time now, handling various EPC projects. The office is basically where all the planning happens before anything goes out to the sites. We have a lot of maps and technical charts pinned to the walls. It’s not a big corporate building, just a regular place in the society where we can focus. Usually, you’ll find us drinking coffee and staring at computer screens or talking on the phone with vendors. We don’t really go for anything flashy here. We just want a space where the team can get together and solve problems. Living and working near V. I. P. Road is convenient because we can get to different parts of the city quickly. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so it feels very local. We handle the engineering, procurement, and construction bits all from this one spot. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have meetings, but we make it work. We’ve got a good group of people who know their stuff. We don’t bother with much marketing because we’re usually too busy keeping track of the schedules and materials. It’s just how we operate. We like the neighborhood vibe of being in a society instead of a high-rise.
