Sumit Patel Living Spaces LLP is based in Vadodara. Our office is at B/23, Tirth Retreat, near Kapurai Chokdi on Dabhoi Road. It’s a bit outside the main hustle of the city, which suits us just fine. We have been working from this location for several years. We mostly focus on living spaces and residential projects. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical place where we can sit down and look at our plans. We are a small team and we like to keep things simple. You won't find any corporate mission statements on our walls. We just believe in getting the work done without making a big deal out of it. Usually, it's just a few of us here making calls and checking on our sites. We don't have a big marketing budget or anyone to write shiny advertisements. We just rely on our work and the people we know in Vadodara. The Dabhoi Road area is seeing a lot of new construction lately, which keeps us pretty busy. We like being accessible to our clients, so we always keep the door open for a chat. It's an honest business and we take pride in what we do without needing any fancy labels. We just take it day by day and try to build things that people will actually like.
