Photography By Ankur Kundu is based out of Subhanpura. It’s a nice enough area and we’ve been working from here for a good while. Subhanpura has a lot of energy, and being here feels right for the kind of stuff we do. We don't have a massive studio with neon signs or anything. It’s more of a personal space where the work happens. Ankur handles most of the day-to-day stuff. When you think of Photography By Ankur Kundu, it’s really just about the camera and the shots we take around here. The neighborhood is familiar to us, and we know the local spots well. Sometimes we are out on shoots, and other times we are just here at the desk going through files. It’s not a corporate environment at all. It’s just a place where someone who loves taking pictures does their job. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just take photos and try to do a decent job of it. Being in Subhanpura makes it easy for people to drop by or for us to head out to a location. It’s a practical location for a small business like ours. Just a simple setup for Photography By Ankur Kundu in a regular part of town. We keep things pretty relaxed here. No suits and ties, just cameras and coffee. It's a bit messy sometimes with all the gear, but that's just how we work.
