Prateek Mittal Photography

My photography studio is located on Gotri Road in Vadodara, right across from Vidhya Mandir School. It is a pretty active part of the city. I have been based here for a few years now. The space I use is not a massive professional studio with high ceilings and fancy lights. It is more of a personal workspace where I keep my cameras, tripods, and my editing computer. There are usually some photo prints pinned to the wall and a few empty coffee mugs on the desk. Since I am right opposite a school, the street is always full of kids and parents in the morning, which gives the place a lot of life. I don’t have a big staff or a secretary. When you call or visit, you just deal with me. I spend a lot of my time out on different locations, so the studio can sometimes sit empty for a day or two. When I am there, I am usually hunched over my screen working on photos. The room is a bit cluttered with bags and cables, but I know where everything is. I didn't set this up to be some big corporate business. I just wanted a place to work on my craft. It is a modest setup in a good neighborhood. I like the routine of coming here, checking my gear, and getting to work. It is simple and straightforward, just the way I like it.
