Sneh Beauty Parlour/Shree Nitya Departmental Store

This place is a bit of a mix because we have Sneh Beauty Parlour and Shree Nitya Departmental Store all together. You can find us at D 21 in the Spandan Shopping Centre, which is right on Arunachal Samta Road. We are across from Sonal Park in Subhanpura. It’s handy for people because they can grab their groceries or household items and then get their eyebrows done or a quick haircut without going to two different places. My family helps out with the store side while I handle the beauty services. It stays pretty busy because Subhanpura is a crowded area. We’ve been in this shopping centre for a few years now. The shelves are always full of various things people need daily, and the parlour section is tucked in the back for some privacy. It isn't a huge luxury space, just a practical one for the local residents. Sometimes the kids from the neighborhood come in for snacks while their mothers are getting a treatment. It makes for a noisy but lively atmosphere. We try to keep everything organized, though with both businesses running, it’s a lot of work. We start early to get the stock sorted for the store. It’s a good spot for the locals who don’t want to travel far. We are just local people trying to provide what the community needs right here in Vadodara. It is a good way to keep busy and stay connected.
