Smartec Solutions

Our place is Smar Tec House, located at 150 Ayodhya Nagar on VIP Road in Karelibaug. It is a decent-sized building where we handle all our daily work. We have been here for some time now. Inside, it is mostly just offices and a few rooms for equipment. It is not a corporate headquarters with marble floors and fancy lights. It is more of a practical space where we can get things done. We deal with various solutions for people, mostly technical or service-oriented stuff. There is usually someone fixing a computer or talking on the phone with a customer. We have a small area for visitors, but it is nothing special. The traffic on VIP Road can be pretty loud during the day, so we keep the windows shut most of the time. We do not have a lot of rules about how things look. There might be some boxes in the hallway or a messy desk here and there. It is a real working environment. The staff here are just regular people who know their jobs well. We do not spend much time on meetings about vision or anything like that. We just look at what needs to be fixed or delivered and we do it. It is a local business feel, even if the name sounds a bit more modern. We just try to keep the lights on and the customers okay without making a big fuss.
