Shiksha Computer

If you walk past the Jubilee Garden in Baranpura, you will probably see our sign. Shiksha Computer has been in this spot for a while now. It is a small space filled with screens, keyboards, and a lot of tangled wires. We spend our days mostly helping people figure out how to use their machines or fixing things that stopped working for no clear reason. Sometimes the room gets a bit crowded when a few people show up at once, especially in the evenings. We have some old desks that have seen better days, but they do the job. The view out the window toward the garden is nice when we actually have a second to look at it. Usually, we are too busy looking at code or hardware parts spread out on the table. It gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, so we are always wiping down the monitors. We aren't a big center with a lot of staff. It is just us here, trying to keep up with all the new updates and software changes that happen every other week. People from the neighborhood drop by just to ask a quick question or to see if we can speed up their old laptops. We take our time with each person because rushing usually leads to mistakes. It is a quiet kind of work, mostly. We like being near the garden because it feels a bit more open.
