We’ve been working out of our office at G 1 in Ankur Apartment on J P Road for a while now. Most people around Vasna probably know the building since it's been there forever. We handle development projects around here. It isn't a huge operation with fancy glass offices or anything like that, just a small team of us trying to get things built properly. When we started Silverline Developers Pvt Ltd, the idea was just to handle local construction without making it too complicated or stressful. We spend a lot of our time on site or dealing with heaps of paperwork at the desk. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it's quiet enough to actually get through the mail without distraction. Being right here on J P Road makes it easy for folks to stop by if they have a quick question about a project. We aren't trying to change the world, we just want to do the work we're hired for and do it okay. Dealing with property and building stuff involves a lot of back and forth with different people, which can be tiring, but it's what we do. Our space in Ankur Apartment is usually cluttered with blueprints and old coffee mugs. It feels like a real workplace because it is. We know the neighborhood well since we spend most of our lives here. If you're walking past the apartment complex, you'll see our sign. We've stayed in this spot because it works for the people we deal with.
