We are located at B/101 in the Indraprastha Complex. That’s on the 5th Main Road over by the Race Course area. It’s a pretty big building, so it takes a minute to find the right entrance if you haven't been here before. Our office is full of desks and filing cabinets. There is a lot of paper moving around every day because that’s just how insurance works. People come in with their folders and we sit down to go through everything one page at a time. The Race Course road gets very busy during the morning rush, so I usually try to get in early to avoid the worst of it. The complex itself has a lot of other businesses, so there is always someone walking through the hallways. We have a small pantry where the kettle is always on for tea. The windows look out towards the main road, but you can’t see much because of the height of the building. It’s a bit of a maze in here sometimes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing at our desks. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except when the fans are running on high. We’ve been at this spot in the complex for quite some time. It feels familiar now, even the way the elevator doors creak. We just keep things moving, making sure the files are in order for everyone who comes by our desk.
