Mr Mitul Shah operates out of 101 Akota Shiv Shrushti Road. The office is inside the Vrajvilla Appt, which is right in the Kurla East area. It’s a busy part of the city, especially being right opposite the Bansal Super Market. You can always see people coming and going from the market, carrying bags and dodging the traffic on Urmi Society Road. Finding the right entrance to the apartment can be a little tricky if it’s your first time, but once you’re inside, it’s a lot calmer. The room at 101 isn't very large, but it has enough space for the files and the computer. We keep the windows open when the weather allows, though the noise from the street can be a lot sometimes. There’s a specific smell of the city here—exhaust, street food, and old dust. The building has that lived-in feel, with neighbors walking their dogs or kids playing in the hallways. It’s not a corporate tower by any means. It’s just a regular flat turned into a workspace where the day-to-day tasks get handled. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at the screen, and the afternoon sun usually hits the desk around three o'clock. By the time the market starts getting crowded for the evening rush, we are usually finishing up. It’s a grounded way to work, right in the middle of everything. It's just a regular spot for the business on Urmi Society Road.
