You will find us in the Manki Complex within the Sardar Industrial Estate. It’s a bit of a different setting compared to a residential clinic because we are surrounded by small industries and warehouses. We are right opposite the Indrapuri Atithi Gruh, which is the main landmark people use to find us. Being in an industrial estate means there are lots of trucks and workers around during the day. The hospital includes an ICU, so things can get quite serious and busy at any hour. The building is a functional space, designed for moving stretchers and equipment rather than looking pretty. We have the usual hospital smell of disinfectant and the sound of machines humming in the background. It’s a 24-hour kind of operation, so the lights rarely go out. The waiting area is plain, with sturdy benches for families. We don’t have fancy art on the walls, just the necessary signs and notices. The staff stays busy with the patients, and there’s always someone on duty. It can be a bit noisy outside with the industrial activity, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We provide a needed service for the workers in the estate and the families nearby. It’s a practical, hardworking place that doesn't put on any acts. We just focus on the patients who come through the door in need of care.
