Shreeji X Ray Clinic

Shreeji X Ray Clinic is at Shop No. 27 on Ajwa Road, near Wagode Road. It’s a small shop, not a big building. Because we are right on the road, people can just pull up and walk in. Inside, it’s mostly taken up by the X-ray machine and the changing area. There isn’t a whole lot of room for much else. We have a small desk where we take down everyone’s information. The walls are thick, as they have to be for the equipment. It can feel a bit cramped when there are more than three or four people waiting. You can hear the traffic from Ajwa Road all day long. We have a routine down where we get people in, take the images, and get the plates ready. It’s not a place where people hang out for long. It’s very practical. The floor is tiled and easy to clean, which is good because people bring in a lot of dust from the street. We’ve been in this shop for a while. Most of the people who come in are sent by other doctors in the Wagode Road area. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us making sure the machine is working and the records are kept straight. It’s honest work, and we just try to get the images right the first time so people don't have to come back twice.
