Shree Sainath Travel Agency

Our office for Shree Sainath Travel Agency is tucked away in Pratapganj on Banian Street. We are situated near the Pandya Hotel and not too far from the Shashtri Bridge. It is a busy little corner of the city. Inside the office, the walls are covered with old calendars and maps, and there is usually a pot of tea on the go. We spend most of our time on the phone, talking to bus operators or checking on train schedules for people who walk in. It gets quite hectic during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go out of town at the same time. We don't have a high-tech setup, just a couple of desks, some chairs for people to wait in, and a computer that has seen better days. We know the routes around here pretty well, especially the ones crossing over the bridge. People come to us because they know we are right here on Banian Street and we have been around for a while. We hear the traffic from the bridge all day, and it reminds us of all the people traveling. We just try to get the bookings done without any mistakes and help people figure out their timings. It is a lot of talking and writing things down on slips of paper. We are just a local travel desk doing our part to get people where they need to go.
