Saya Dresses

It’s just a small spot here on Basappa Road. We have been at B/4/9 for a while now. Shanthi Nagar is a busy area, but our shop stays pretty quiet most mornings. Usually, someone is here by nine to open up the shutters. The sign for Saya Dresses is right out front so you cannot miss it. Inside, it is mostly just racks and some mirrors. Nothing fancy. We spend a lot of time folding things and moving boxes around. Vadodara gets hot, so the fan is always running. Sometimes neighbors drop by just to chat for a bit. It is a simple setup. We do not have a big team or anything, just a couple of us working through the day. The street gets crowded with traffic in the evenings, but that is just how Basappa Road is. We keep the doors open so people can see what is on the hangers. It is a lot of work keeping everything organized. Most days are about checking the stock and talking to people who walk in from the street. We have got the usual stuff you would expect at a place called Saya Dresses. It isn’t a huge mall or a corporate office. It is just a local shop in Shanthi Nagar. We try to keep the place tidy. If you are walking down the road, you will see us there. It is a plain building, but it works for what we do here every day. Just a regular business.
